Learning by Effortless Receiving

Doing and trying, effort and over-motivation make it more difficult to enter a Hypnotic state. The same is true of going to sleep, concentrating, relaxing, and so on.

The same is often true of trying to improve athletic performance even though coaches and athletes often relate competitive sport to effort, struggle and trying harder. Sometimes you just have to try easier!

Self-hypnosis is easier to learn if you can concentrate on the process instead of having to provide the instructions to yourself.

Learning self-hypnosis is enhanced by instructions from outside. This does not mean, however, that someone else has to be physically present. Researchers have shown that no differences in Hypnotic depth could be found between Hypnotic induction given by a physically present Hypnotist compared with induction by a pre-recorded session.

All the more reason to enjoy Hypnosis MP3s and CDs in the comfort of your own home.
