Instant Hypnosis

Instant-Hypnosis looks young (est. 2006) and fresh and has an impressive list of almost 300 Hypnosis sessions on MP3 and CD (CD buyers also get the MP3 download).

Instant-Hypnosis is part of the larger ‘myHelpHub’ network and benefits from professional management and customer service.

Instant-Hypnosis’ sessions are longer than most, lasting about an hour. You can either interpret this as long and boring or as a great chance to relax, meditate and spend some quality time working on an area of self-improvement.

Whatever, audio quality is excellent, so consider whether your time allows for a long Hypnosis session a couple of times a week, or multiple shorter sessions every day from the likes of Hypnoshop or Hypnosis Downloads. (Our Top 10 Rules of Hypnosis is also worth checking out for help choosing what to get).

Instant-Hypnosis also offers multi-week courses involving a collection of Hypnosis sessions to help you achieve your goals.

A nice touch is that the Hypnotherapist may be male or female depending on what is most likely to be effective for that session.

Instant Hypnosis is a nice enough site, but I don’t really go there anymore. I go to hypnosis downloads because it seems like their products are a better fit for me.

They even have a free course worth the effort of going through it about self-hypnosis.

Instant Hypnosis has a nice site and offers a huge number of downloads, but so far every download I’ve tried has been overly long. They spent the first 30-45 minutes on a relaxation induction before even getting to anything related to the purpose of the session. There were also issues with the audio quality — the background music was loud in comparison to the soft male voice. When I turned the volume up loud enough to hear his voice clearly, the music was too loud. If I turned the volume down so the music was at a comfortable level, I could barely hear his voice.

I actually find Instant Hypnosis among the best of the downloads I’ve personally tried. While some appreciate the shorter sessions offered by other websites, I do not benefit from those at all, as I’m not even groggy by the time they start the waking countdown. On the flipside, the longer induction is perfect my my ADHD brain, as it outstubborns my subconscious’s attempt to block the suggestions for me to “go under.” I wake up at the end of the sessions only remembering the beginning of the induction, which is suggestive of others being hypnotized, in that their conscious is not awake, allowing their subconscious to receive the full suggestions.

As only time will tell the effectiveness, I can honestly tell you, for me, Instant-Hypnosis packs the most punch, and is even better than the more expensive Wendi and other sites, where trying to rush me into a trance and back out in record time is more annoying and uneffective for me personally. And I’m not saying those services aren’t helpful to others. Just for me, I like the longer scripts causing me to go under. If I went to a doctor and paid more than $100.00 for a session, it would be at least an hour, plus the time to get there and get home, losing work time and wallet filling.

I also like not being blasted by a constant barrage of cheesy emails trying to get me to buy some expensive stuff I don’t want, after I’ve spent quite a bit of money on “Platinum” downloads that aren’t any more effective than the one I got for $12.95, with a price break for getting more.

For people with brains that try and camp out and think for you when you’re wanting to stay calm, quiet and meditate, these work great for relaxing me into a hypnotic trance.
