I’ve downloaded a few of their sessions, the prices are very good! I listened to the fear of driving one and it actually did help me get rid of my fear of driving. The only thing I hate is that the first 10-15 minutes is reused for each session!! I am not sure if all sites do this but it feels cheap to me. 4/5
