I actually loved this site. Yes it’s true that for most of the sessions you have to “make a donation” of $19.99, but after that there is nothing else to pay, and you can download as many sessions as you want. With most other sites charging at least $10 per session, I think it’s pretty good value. I downloaded about 6-7 sessions, so the price for each one was $2-3. Also the guy who does them sounds like Sean Connery, which is an added bonus!
